1. Can I pay my photos off?
Yes, we allow interest free payments for 6 months.

2. Does the $30 sitting fee cover all the meetings involved?
Yes.

3. What will you do if my baby or child cries and won’t cooperate?
This doesn’t happen often. Usually Gerry is able to put them at ease. However, on the odd occasion that things don’t work out, we will rebook you for another shoot at no extra cost.

4. Will my photos last? Where is the best place to hang them?
All of our images are printed on the best quality photo paper and come matted mounted and framed in top quality materials. They will last a lifetime if kept out of direct light and away from a heat source.

5. Can I come back and reorder more?
Yes, we archive your images so they are available indefinitely.

6. Are you able to get rid of my double chin? Can you make me look younger and slimmer? Can you get rid of my blemishes?
We can bring out the best in you by positioning you in the right way. We can airbrush out double chins and blemishes and soften lines and wrinkles. However, you will still look like you!

7. Shall I take a change of clothing?
We recommend that you do. This allows you to have a greater variety of images to choose from. This is especially good for children as it allows you to capture both the traditional and casual look.

8. How many photos do you take?
We don’t take a specific number of photos but we certainly take enough to give you a good variety to view.
